BIDS AND CONTRACTS SPECIALISTRiportando al Bids and Contracts Manager, la risorsa supporterà la predisposizione della documentazione di gara e delle offerte, provvederà alla redazione e alla trasmissione a mezzo PEC dei documenti pre-contrattuali e post-contrattuali ed invierà \'Ente a mezzo PEC delle offerte commerciali.Mansioni e Responsabilità:
Inserisce \'interno della Piattaforma CRM le procedure di gara e le offerte con i dati tratti dal Disciplinare e dal Capitolato di Gara, aggiornando il CRM ad ogni evoluzione dello stato della gara|offertaSupporta la segreteria commercialeRegistra le aziende del gruppo sulle varie piattaforme telematiche, rinnova le password di accesso alle stesse con scadenza periodica condividendole con il gruppo di lavoroPredispone per gare, sul Desktop condiviso dal Responsabile su Onedrive, una cartella con alberatura identica a quella del CRM, e salva tutta la documentazione di gara pubblicata dall\'entePredispone i corrieri per le spedizioni delle documentazioni di gara ufficio HR &General ServicesSupporta la gestione agenda del Responsabile e delle attività del gruppoRequisiti richiesti:
Laurea in Giurisprudenza - facoltà Umanistiche - AmministrativeEsperienza di almeno 5-7 anni in UfficiGare di Aziende - presso Studi Legali che si occupino di Gare e contrattiStudio e aggiornamento costante della normativa di settore codice appalti, procedure MEPACompetenze Trasversali:
