**IS Application Specialist**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- 1.Analyze Business Operations:

- Evaluate existing business processes and computer systems.
- 2.Application Selection and Upgrades:

- Recommend whether to upgrade existing systems or implement new ones.
- 3.Team Leadership:

- Ensure seamless integration of network hardware and software.
- 4.Roll-out Monitoring:

- Address any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- 5.Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

- Create and enforce protocols for software usage.
- 6.Employee Training:

- Foster a positive work environment.
- 7.Stay Current:

- Keep up to date with the latest software developments.

**Your background**:

- Diploma or degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent significant experience;
- Familiarity with database management and project management;
- Strong programming skills;
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities;
- Stay informed about the latest software advancements;
- ITIL certification will be considered a plus;
- Strong leadership, management, and customer service skills;
- Analytical problem-solving abilities;
- Effective communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
