**e-work S.p.A**. - filiale di Firenze, ricerca per azienda cliente nel settore ICT, un/a:
**ACCOUNTING AND CONTROLLING SPECIALIST**

La figura verrà inserita all'interno dell'attuale team amministrazione e controllo di gestione, composto da 5 risorse, a copertura dell'intera aree amministrativa e operations dell'azienda.

Riporterà direttamente al responsabile amministrativo e collaborerà in stretto coordinamento con il medesimo e con il CFO.

Principali mansioni:

- Manutenzione e miglioramento del modello di budgeting, consuntivazione, scostamento e forecast su base mensile;
- Verifica e consuntivazione su base mensile dei dati commerciali provenienti dal CRM (offerto, vinto, ordinato) finalizzato al monitoraggio e all'elaborazione dei KPI;
- Contributo alle chiusure mensili, agli adempimenti civilistici e fiscali ed ad ogni controllo di natura contabile richiesto;
- All'interno del ciclo passivo dovrà operare attivamente nella rilevazione dei documenti, nella verifica del fornitore e della sua anagráfica e nelle autorizzazioni dei pagamenti.

Requisiti necessari:

- Laurea in Economia, senza preclusione verso figure diplomate che abbiano una consolidata esperienza nel ruolo;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- Precisione e orientamento al risultato;
- Attitudine a lavorare in team;

A titolo preferenziale:

- Conoscenza del gestionale Business Central (Navision)

Si ricerca una risorsa operativa e precisa ma anche concreta ed orientata al risultato, con buone doti comunicative e di collaborazione ad ogni livello, che abbia già maturato una prima esperienza in ambito contabile, affiancata da un percorso di almeno due anni, in ambito controllo di gestione, dalla quale abbia ricavato una concreta esperienza nell'utilizzo di Excel ai fini dell'elaborazione di modelli economico finanziari.
