Chi stiamo cercando:
**Head of Sales**

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al CBO, si occuperà della gestione e dello sviluppo vendite Loupes.

**Principali Responsabilità**:

- Condurre ricerche di mercato e monitorare i mercati internazionali, identificandone e sviluppandone di nuovi.
- Definire il piano commerciale, individuando gli obiettivi di vendita e le strategie per raggiungerli.
- Dirigere le vendite ed assicurare una loro crescita secondo il piano aziendale.
- Creare strategie funzionali ed obiettivi specifici per i venditori e sviluppare budget, politiche e procedure.
- Definire il budget necessario per raggiungere gli obiettivi.
- Preparare forecast annuali di vendita e verificare regolarmente la loro validità.
- Supervisionare l'efficace manutenzione della pipeline di ordini e garantire un meccanismo di reporting puntuale.
- Proporre campagne promozionali.
- Assistere, formare e motivare la squadra vendita nell’amministrazione di diverse linee di prodotto, definendo segmenti nei quali promuovere la crescita.
- Stabilire e mantenere la relazione con i clienti e gestire le visite presso gli utilizzatori finali.
- Fungere da punto di riferimento delle filiali di vendita del gruppo.
- Partecipare a fiere e congressi.

**Competenze richieste**:

- Laurea in Economia o titolo di studio affine.
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore commerciale.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 40/50% del tempo.
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e preferibile padronanza di altre lingue.
- Conoscenza delle normative sul commercio internazionale e delle norme di qualità vigenti.
- Competenza nell’utilizzo del software CRM.
- Competenza in Excel e nell’analisi ed interpretazione dei dati.

Completano il profilo visione e capacità di pianificazione strategica, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità, adattabilità ed ottime competenze relazionali e comunicative.
