Hai passione per il mondo Food & Beverage, Horeca e GDO?

Ti piacerebbe intraprendere un percorso di crescita all’interno di una realtà strutturata, leader di mercato?

Randstad Italia e METRO Italia stanno selezionando, per i punti vendita METRO sul territorio italiano, figure da formare e inserire come **CAPO REPARTO**

**Cosa proponiamo?**

Next Generation è un’esperienza finalizzata a preparare i manager del futuro per i punti vendita
- METRO Italia.

Inizierai come addetto vendite, per poi diventare specialista e, dopo 18 mesi in store diversi e una formazione sul business di METRO Italia, sarai capo reparto coordinando un team e collaborando ogni giorno al successo del cliente.

Nel programma sarai affiancato da un Tutor (presente nel punto vendita) e da un Mentor (che si troverà nell’headquarter di METRO Italia), con cui condividerai obiettivi e valutazioni.

**Si offre**:contratto di apprendistato di 18 mesi con Ral compresa fra i 28 e 32K

**Orario di lavoro**: su turni a rotazione - week end compreso

**Sede di lavoro**:disponibilità a trasferimenti per il periodo di formazione

Qualifiche
**Quali requisiti stiamo cercando?**
- diploma;
- passione per il mondo Food & Beverage e Horeca;
- disponibilità alla mobilità nazionale;
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni, comprensivi del week end
- completano il profilo curiosità, voglia di apprendere e di mettersi in gioco.
