Curricular Internship in HR Learning and Development

We are looking for **brilliant students **with a strong passion for the **Automotive** sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month** curricular Internship **in a **dynamic** and **international** context based in our Human Capital and Organization Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The intern will support the Development team in the following activities:
- Development processes implementation.
- The deployment of performance evaluation process.
- Activities related to talent identification and talent program organization.
- Organize internal assessment events.
- Organization of training initiatives in coherence with development paths, including coaching and mentoring support.
- Participate in the relationship with suppliers.
**In order to meet these targets, you will need**:
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
- Enrolled in a Master's degree in Humanities
- Analytical Skills
- Target oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Team working
- Good communication skills.
Availability from December.
