**Mechanical Supervisor Finland**:

- tai rakennusalalta? Nordex Nordic on nyt etsimässä mekaanista valvojaa kasvavaan porukkaamme.

Mekaanisena valvojana päätehtävänäsi on johtaa ja koordinoida työmaalla sekä tarjota mekaanista asiantuntijuutta asennusten aikana. Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä sähkövalvojan kanssa tuulipuiston valmistelemiseksi käyttöönottoa varten. Tämän saavuttamiseksi kaikki asennus
- ja viimeistelytoimet on suoritettava turvallisesti ottaen huomioon korkeimmat turvallisuus-, laatu
- ja tehokkuusstandardit. Voit sijaita joko Suomessa tai Ruotsissa, ja olet valmis matkustamaan Pohjoismaiden alueella ja työskentelemään poissa kotoa. Tämä rooli toimii 4 viikon sykleissä, joihin kuuluu 3 viikkoa työskentelyä työmaalla ja 1 viikon lepo kotona.

**Tehtäväsi**:

- Tukea laatupäällikköä teknisissä poikkeamissa ja varmistaa, että "Management of Change" -vaatimuksia noudatetaan raportoinnissa, ratkaisujen kehittämisessä ja toteutuksessa;
- Tukea työmaapäälliköitä laadun tarkkailussa ja saapuvien tarvikkeiden tarkastuksissa;
- Avustaa työmaapäälliköitä, laatupäällikköä ja rakennusprojekti-insinööriä tuuliturbiinin pystytystä edeltävän ankkurihäkin ja perustusten tarkastuksessa;
- Tukea työmaapäälliköitä ja laatupäällikköä dokumentaation kokoamisessa ja tarkistamisessa pystytystä edeltävän dokumentaation, lakisääteisten tarkastusten ja raporttien julkaisemisen osalta;
- Kerätä tarvittavat tiedot poikkeamaraporttien ja -tapahtumien hallintaa varten UPVISE/ServiceNow-palvelussa tai muussa käytössä olevassa ohjelmistonhallintatyökalussa;
- Pitää tiivistä yhteyttä laatupäällikköön puuttuvien osien ja hankintaehdotusten tilaamiseksi ja jäljittämiseksi;
- Laatupoikkeamien ratkaiseminen, jotta varmistetaan paitsi sujuva luovutus asiakkaalle myös sujuva toiminta tuuliturbiinin käyttöiän aikana;
- Vastaa tarvittaessa Scruton Coil -kelan asennuksen ja toiminnan johtamisesta tuuliturbiinin yläosan asennuksen aikana

**Taidot**:

- Mekaniikan/mekatroniikan tai vastaavan alan ammatillinen koulutus
- Terveys
- ja turvallisuuskäytäntöjen/-menetelmien tuntemus (sähköturvallisuus, putoamissuojaustietoisuus sekä perustason osaaminen vaarallisten materiaalien osalta)
- Useiden teknologioiden tuntemus, kuten mekaaniset ja rotaatiosysteemit, hydrauliikkasysteemien perusosaaminen
- Yleisten menetelmien tuntemus, kuten mekaaninen asennus ja viimeistely, mekaanisten asennusten testaaminen, laadunhallinta
- Useiden työkalujen tuntemus, kuten mekaaniset mittaustyökalut (esim. digitaalinen työntömitta), hydrauliset vääntö-/kiristystyökalut (esim. HyTorc, ITH)
- Suomen tai ruotsin kielen taito sekä sujuva englannin kielen suullinen ja kirjallinen taito
- Kyky esittää tietoa sekä vastata johtajien ja insinöörien kysymyksiin selkeällä tavalla
- Systemaattiset ongelmanratkaisutaidot ja turvallisuuslähtöinen käyttäytyminen
- Suunnittelu
- ja organisointitaidot
- Työ vaatii myös hyvää fyysistä kuntoa, minkä vuoksi sinun tulee läpäistä työhönottoa edeltävä terveystarkastus

**Kokemus**:

- 2 vuoden kokemus työskentelystä rakennusprojekteissa. Työskentely tuuliturbiinien parissa katsotaan eduksi
- Kokenut nosturitöiden parissa työskentelystä
- Hyvä paikallisten määräysten ja lakisääteisten vaatimusten tuntemus
- Kyky työskennellä tiimissä ja itseorganisoitunut
- Hyvät tietokonetaidot (MS Office, SAP-osaaminen katsotaan eduksi)

The Mechanical Supervisor main job purpose is to lead and co-ordinate on site and to provide mechanical expertise during the installation, in collaboration with the Electrical Supervisor and finishing phase in order to prepare the Wind Farm for commissioning. To achieve this, all installation and finishing activities are to be executed in a safe manner considering the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role can be based in either Sweden or Finland, you must enjoy travel within the Nordic region and working away from home as this role operates on a 4 week rotation, 3 weeks working away from home and 1 week rest at home.

**Specifically, the Mechanical Supervisor will**:

- Support the Quality Manager on technical non-conformities and to ensure compliance with ‘Management of Change’ requirements for reporting, developing solutions and implementation;
- Support the Site Managers for Quality and incoming goods inspections;
- Assist the Site Managers, Quality Manager and Civil Project Engineer on pre-erection anchor cage and foundation checks;
