We are looking for a **Site Supervisor **. The Site Supervisor is responsible assisting in the execution of site construction activities and ensuring compliance requirements for the project design, contract agreements, timeline achievements, economic project objectives, safety, environment and quality site sustainability.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible to manage the execution of works related to a part of the construction activities. Depending on the project, Site supervisor can be entrusted to a portion of the cluster/site (“plant” Site supervisor) or to a part of the activities or contracts to be performed (“BOP” Site supervisor, “Transmission Line” Site supervisor, etc).

They are responsible for construction activities following all state and local laws with the support of the construction site team. On small projects, the Site supervisor may act as the Site coordinator.

**What you will do**:
Reporting to reports to the Site Manager or the Project Execution Manager in accordance with the Project Organization Chart, you will be expected:

- Reviews and verifies, in coordination with the Site Manager, the completeness and constructability of all documentation to ensure compliance standards are met in design and permit requirements throughout the pre-construction and construction phase.
- Assist Site Manager in handover of work site to contractor(s) for logístical planning of construction activities.
- Coordinate site construction team in the execution of contractor project activities to evaluate construction techniques in terms of meeting contract, quality, safety, schedule and cost requirements; recommends corrective actions to ensure the project remains within the critical path.
- Manage, review and compile construction site team reports, in coordination with Site Manager, that monitor, track and detail site activities and areas of importance such as cost overruns, deviations in design, permissions, scheduled timeline, and stakeholder issues; notifying Project Manager of any changes that could affect contract milestones.
- Manage relations at a site level with representative of Suppliers and Contractors, keeping the Site Manager informed.
- Assist Site Manager in review, evaluation and management of construction and assembly contracts ensuring construction activities meet contract requirements, collaborating with the project leader (PL) /project manager (PM) regarding any modifications to contracts.
- Manage the Non-Conformity process during construction activities, verifying compliance by closure date.
- Evaluate, update and manage the construction timeline with Site Manager and Project Planner ensuring it coincides with the General Time Schedule; notify project manager of any delays that could affect contract milestones.
- Assist Site Manager to monitor, track and report expended costs of all unit price contracts on regular basis, evaluating quantities of materiel and services used on site; and provide a cost forecast to completion of the project.
- Evaluate and manage delivery plan with construction site team to ensure contract requirements and project schedules are met.
- Collaborate and support Site Manager, Project Manager and Commissioning Manager in defining the punch-list and plant hand-over activities to achieve Provisional and Final Hand Over to O&M.
- Support implementation of innovation and digitization initiatives that increase efficiency and safety in construction activities, staying current with emerging technologies.
- Communicate, coordinate and support site visits of senior management and/or local authorities.
- Mentor, train and provide team building support of construction site personnel.

**Who you are**:

- BS Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience supervising large, utility scale power generation construction projects.
- 3+ years’ experience as Assistant Project/Site Manager, General Superintendent/Supervisor or similar technical role in Engineering or Construction Companies.
- Experience in the construction of power plant, including but not limited to HV/MV substations, transmission lines, infrastructure and other Balance of Plant experience.
- Current drivers’ license required.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% of time including temporary assignment to projects.
- Strong leadership and team building skills with ability to supervise, direct and delegate to large construction team and manage large projects.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Skilled in strategy development with ability to anticipate, analyze, articulate and solve potential problems related to project planning, execution and management.
