La nostra azienda cliente è una realtà nata sul territorio italiano 40 anni fa che col tempo ha costruito una rete internazionale di uffici commerciali. Recentemente è entrata a far parte di un gruppo mondiale leader nella filtrazione di processo e storico partner dell’azienda. Il core business è la progettazione e fabbricazione di innovativi filtri, che trovano applicazione in un\'ampia gamma di mercati: dall\' Oil & Gas al petrolchimico, dal trattamento delle acque alla chimica fine, dall\'alimentare alle bevande, dal cosmetico al farmaceutico.
Per l’ampliamento del team, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Quality Coordinator.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
Riportando direttamente al Technical Department Manager, il Project Quality Coordinator lavorerà a stretto contatto con i Project Engineer, i Project Manager e la Produzione.
Principali attività e responsabilità:

- Gestione del rinnovo della Certificazione Aziendale ASME U-U2-NB;
- Redazione e revisione del Manuale della Qualità in accordo al codice ASME;
- Contract Review e analisi delle specifiche cliente;
- Emissione e gestione delle schede tecniche per ordine materiali;
- Scrittura e revisione di libretto di saldatura, ITP, procedure NDE, report test NDE, ecc.;
- Gestione e sviluppo di WPQR, WPQ e WOPQ (ASME ed EN) in conformità ai requisiti del progetto e alle specifiche del cliente;
- Controllo e ispezione dei materiali in entrata e CMTR in conformità agli standard delle normative internazionali e alle specifiche dei clienti;
- Prove non distruttive su saldature e su materiali con metodi VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, UNI EN ISO 9712 II° LIVELLO/SNT-TC-1A II° LIVELLO;
- Gestione delle ispezioni e dei collaudi con figure di seconda/terza parte in azienda e presso terzi;
- Mantenimento e controllo delle tarature per tutte le apparecchiature di prova e ispezione;
- Coordinamento e validazione MDR per pressure vessel certificati ASME.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o diploma di perito tecnico;
- Minimo 5 anni di esperienza come coordinatore della qualità di progetto o controllo qualità in settori simili;
- Conoscenza dei processi principalmente Oil & Gas, Petrolchimico e Chimico;
- Gestione della qualità: eccellenti capacità di risoluzione dei problemi e capacità di garantire che processi e prodotti soddisfino costantemente gli standard di qualità stabiliti;
- Eccellente capacità analitica e di problem solving: attenzione ai dettagli e determinazione nel trovare soluzioni ai problemi;
- Acume tecnico: sviluppo di azioni correttive, soluzioni e miglioramenti;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2)**.**
