**Job Description**:
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our direct sales efforts with a specific focus on Private Markets. This role involves producing customized reports and presentations, managing CRM systems, and maintaining client relationships through exceptional service and timely communication. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare and update materials for client meetings, ensuring that all documentation aligns with our brand standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this position will assist relationship managers in strategically retaining and expanding client relationships, proactively contributing to our growth objectives.

The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
Regulatory & Business Conduct- Exhibiting exemplary conduct in alignment with our organization’s Code of Conduct.- Taking ownership of embedding the highest standards of ethics across the business, including regulatory compliance.- Proactively identifying, escalating, mitigating and resolving risks, ensuring adherence to business conduct standards.

Reporting- Building and delivering post-sales reports, showcasing the value and impact of our investment strategies.- Collaborating effectively across teams to deliver timely and accurate client reporting.

Sales Support- Conducting industry analysis to support sales strategies and client engagements.- Preparing presentations and sales materials tailored to client needs.- Managing and updating CRM systems, ensuring accurate and current client information.

Marketing & Client Engagement- Distributing client invitations and communications to potential and existing clients, promoting our brand and investment products.- Disseminating Russell Investments news and updates to reinforce brand visibility and thought leadership in the industry.

Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field or similar experience / qualifications.- CFA Level 1 or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience and Industry Knowledge- Preferred prior experience in asset management, investment banking, family offices or transaction services.- Comprehensive knowledge of major asset classes, with specialised expertise in Private Markets.- Strong understanding of financial markets and key macroeconomic indicators.

Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, both in Italian as well as in English.- Proficient in creating polished, professional presentations.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM management and data analysis.- Capable of utilising industry-specific tools and software effectively.- Interest in new technologies (eg. Artificial Intelligence)

Client Focus:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.- Adept at managing client expectations and delivering value-added services.

Team Collaboration:
- Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset.- Encourages teamwork and takes initiative in contributing to group efforts.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
