**Sales Specialist**:

In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service. You will be accountable for sales of Low Voltage Systems and Distribution Solution product portfolio for assigned customers (generally EPCs) in Italy, driving sales volumes and margins. You will be part of ELSP-LVS Industry Segment team reporting to Segment Manager, based in Dalmine.

**This position reports to**:
Marketing & Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working with factory marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

**Your background**:

- Electrotechnical degree graduated with at least 5-10 years of experience or electrotechnical diploma graduated with more than 10 years of experience in Industry market.
- Very good English language knowledge to lead relevant Capture Teams Selling.
- A proven ability to develop and manage complex and international customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
