**Ti piacerebbe lavorare per una consulenza internazionale, fornendo consulenza, reclutando e attivando altre aziende IT - partner - affinché possano crescere e sviluppare il loro business intorno alle soluzioni Microsoft?**

Stiamo cercando un **Partner Development Manager **con esperienza nella gestione e/o reclutamento di aziende IT (partner) che desiderano sviluppare e/o far crescere una linea di business basata sulla tecnologia e le soluzioni di Microsoft Dynamics 365 per unirsi a una azienda (VAR) leader nell’offerta di servizi rivolti alle aziende IT (integratori, ISV, consulenti,...).

**Responsabilità**:

- La persona selezionata si occuperà di cercare nuovi partner. Fornirà supporto e consulenza a quelli esistenti su come far crescere i loro business utilizzando** le soluzioni Microsoft Dynamics 365.**:

- Identificherà **nuovi partner e guiderà la loro acquisizione e attivazione **nella vendita di soluzioni e servizi.
- Conoscerà, utilizzerà e formerà** i partner sulle risorse esistenti per l’accelerazione, lo sviluppo del business e la vendita.**:

- Assisterà i partner nel processo di **onboarding, formazione e certificazione.**:

- Gestirà **fondi, incentivi e offerte disponibili **per accelerare la crescita delle vendite.
- Articolerà il ruolo degli investimenti, degli** i**ncentivi e delle offerte nella crescita delle vendite.**:

- Collaborerà per migliorare le capacità** dei partner nel marketing e nella vendita di soluzioni Microsoft Dynamics 365/Microsoft nel segmento SMB**.
- Fornirà supporto ai partner nella gestione **del ciclo di vita, nelle strategie di rinnovo e nell’upsell per aumentare l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti.**:

- Utilizzerà **strumenti Microsoft come CloudAscent, Co-op, workshop per SMB e valutazioni delle soluzioni.**:
**Per prepararti al successo, cerchiamo le seguenti competenze ed esperienze**:

- Conoscenza dell’industria IT e del settore delle piccole e medie imprese, nonché dell’ecosistema di **Microsoft **e dei suoi canali di vendita.
- Esperienza comprovata nella vendita o nello sviluppo del **business attraverso canali indiretti IT (partner).**:

- Familiarità con i **prodotti/soluzioni di Microsoft Dynamics 365 o soluzioni simili.**:

- Comprensione di base dell’ecosistema dei partner **di Microsoft.**

**Desiderabile (non obbligatorio)**:

- Esperienza preferibile presso un fornitore di servizi o tecnologia.
- Livello di inglese: intermedio o avanzato.
- Conoscenza ed esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni Microsoft/Microsoft Dynamics 365.
