L'area Innovation della Banca analizza e convalida opportunità di Innovazione finanziaria di medio e lungo termine. Supporta la direzione nella definizione delle strategie di sviluppo, presidia le operazioni straordinarie ed è punto di riferimento per l'innovazione nel Gruppo, in particolare nel mondo Web3 e Blockchain. Connette l'offerta della banca ai bisogni del mercato tramite gli open innovation centers e guida la trasformazione del Gruppo in un'entità votata all’impatto, risolvendo sfide sociali in modo proattivo e misurabile.

Di cosa ci occuperemo insieme:
- Verificare la completezza e la coerenza dei contratti commerciali, garantendo una corretta gestione del processo di trattativa, redazione, firma, archiviazione e rinnovo;- Fornire supporto legale alle attività di business, con particolare attenzione alle operazioni commerciali e allo sviluppo prodotti nei servizi di pagamento;- Analizzare l'evoluzione normativa europea e italiana nel settore bancario, focalizzandoci sulle questioni legate ai servizi di pagamento e alle nuove tecnologie ad essi applicate.

Il tuo identikit:
- Possiedi una laurea in giurisprudenza, fondamentale per una comprensione approfondita degli aspetti contrattuali e normativi legati al business;- Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;- Possiedi forte motivazione e passione per il settore FinTech e per le nuove tecnologie applicate al mondo dei pagamenti (come DLT e crypto-asset);- Possiedi buone competenze analitiche utili ad interpretare ed utilizzare efficacemente i dati;- Le tue capacità comunicative, di sintesi e di organizzazione delle idee ti consentono di rappresentare informazioni complesse in modo semplice e chiaro anche attraverso presentazioni efficaci;- Sei collaborativo e teamworker portando il tuo contributo in termini di metodo e definizione delle priorità che il tuo mindset flessibile ti consente di variare rapidamente;- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.

Modalità e sede di lavoro: ibrida con possibilità di smartworking e presenza física a Milano.
