**Il nostro dipartimento centrale qualità è alla ricerca di un professionista motivato e con esperienza da inserire all’interno del Compact Hydraulic business unit global quality team.**
La risorsa, che riporta direttamente al Business Unit Global Quality Manager, opererà all’interno del sistema ISO 9001:2015 gestendo le pratiche relative la qualità di tutti i plant di produzione interessati, con particolare attenzione ai lead plants in Italia ed ai plants in EU ed extra EU (es. China, US, etc.).
Le principali attività di cui sarà responsabile sono le seguenti:
Problem Solving Coach: forma e istruisce i dipendenti (inclusi i manager) in merito alla Sustainable Problem solving Methodology e qualifica gli esperti di Problem Solving. Applica la “root cause analysis” adottando gli strumenti pertinenti (es. 5why, Ishikawa, ecc.), assicura il chiarimento delle “root causes” tecniche e gestionali. Supporta il team in caso di reclami interni/esterni rilevanti.
Cleanliness specialist & project leader: supporta la strategia della Business Unit per il miglioramento della pulizia idraulica. Esegue audit del processo di pulizia interna. Definisce il piano per gli audit dei prodotti di pulizia. Funge da interfaccia con i clienti in caso di audit esterni e reclami relativi la pulizia.
Quality Alerts & Lessons learned coordinator CH: assicura la comunicazione tra plant in caso di problemi o criticità rilevate dai clienti prevenendone il ripetersi. Assicura la condivisione con l’organizzazione delle Lessons Learned derivanti l’applicazione del “susteinable problem solving”.
Measurement & calibration coordinator: mantiene e aggiorna le procedure di calibrazione all'interno del Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità, esegue analisi statistiche (studi di capacità, MSA, ecc.), monitora i KPI relativi al processo di calibrazione, partecipa agli audit di sistema interni/esterni.
**Qualifications**
Conoscenza di metodi statistici e applicativi in ambiente industriale (è richiesta la certificazione Sig-sigma cintura verde/nera).
La conoscenza dei principi di pulizia idraulica è molto apprezzata.
Completano il profilo: sei una persona dinamica e orientata agli obiettivi, con un forte approccio proattivo e ottime capacità relazionali tra cui comunicazione interpersonale, verbale, forte empatia e capacità di team building.
Lingue: Obbligatorio fluentemente italiano e inglese sia parlato che scritto.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
