Our Client is an international leading provider of innovative and flexible solutions to Finance and Manage Equipment. Active in more than 40 Countries, the Company specializes in Industry, Product and Asset knowledge, particularly in the Transportation, Industrial Equipment and Technology Markets. For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:
**HR MANAGER**

**Finance & Banking Sector**

**Posizione**:
**Main responsibilities, reporting to Company CEO**:

- Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Manage the Payroll and all Administrative duties, in relation with an external provider;
- Support current and future business needs, through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Capital;
- Manage the Recruitment and Selection process, as well as a Performance Appraisal System that drives high performance;
- Ensure Legal Compliance, throughout Human Resource Management.

**Requisiti**:
For the role and the international context of the Company, **fluency in English is mandatory**.
