YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COLLABORATE WITH RETAIL MANAGERS, STORE AND DEPARTMENT MANAGERS TO ALIGN ON PRIORITIES AND WITH SOUTH EUROPE AND MIDDLE EAST HEAD OFFICE TEAMS TO SUPPORT GLOBAL STRATEGY (PRODUCTS, OPERATIONS, E-COMMERCE, AFTER-SALES, CLIENTELING AND HR).. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. 2 TRAIN ON THE CELINE SELLING CEREMONY. TRAINING SESSIONS ROLL OUT. 2 BUILD TRAINING CALENDARS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PATHS, ORGANISE AND ANIMATE CORRESPONDING TRAINING SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO REACH 100% OF THE TRAINING NEEDS. 3DEVELOPP THE IN-STORES TRAINING ADVISORS COMMUNITY. 4 ENSURE ALL TRAINING TOOLS ARE AVAILABLE AND USED IN STORES & PROMOTE THE E-LEARNING APP. 5 FOLLOW UP TRAINING IMPACT VIA SELECTED KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, VALIDATED WITH YOUR MANAGER AND SUITED TO THE NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS, TO ENSURE ROI ON ALL TRAINING INITIATIVES. 6 PARTNER WITH RETAIL MANAGERS AND STORE MANAGERS TO ENSURE THAT ALL TRAINING INITIATIVES AREDELIVERED CONSISTENTLY IN LINE WITH THE BUSINESS VISION AND STRATEGY. SPOT COACHING. 1 ACCOMPANY PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, SALES TECHNIQUES AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE. 2 DEBRIEF STORE MANAGERS FOR FURTHER ACTION PLAN. 3 COACH MANAGERS ON COACHING THE TEAM ON TRAINING TOPICS. COLLABORATION WITH RETAIL INTERNATIONAL TRAINING TEAM. 1 SHARE FEEDBACK FROM TRAINING MODULES AND EXPRESS NEEDS FOR RELEVANT TRAINING MATERIAL. 2 PARTICIPATE TO NEW TRAINING PROJECTS, SHARING YOUR RETAIL AND TEAMS KNOWLEDGE. 3 SUPPORT THE MYSTERY SHOPPING AND Importante Azienda OF CLIENTS ACTION PLAN ON LEARNING SKILLS DEVELOPMENT. 4 MANAGE THE RETAIL LEARNING BUDGET.
