**n.1 Specialist in Demand Management (Analista funzionale)**

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team IT, a riporto del responsabile dell’ufficio e **sarà l’interfaccia primaria fra l’IT e gli utenti aziendali per gli aspetti di supporto all’innovazione del business**. Avrà la responsabilità di raccogliere, organizzare e gestire le richieste di modifiche o evoluzioni tecnico/funzionali dei sistemi informativi aziendali da parte degli utenti (clienti interni e partner esterni). **Il suo contributo deve garantire alla Direzione Aziendale che gli investimenti ICT, presenti e futuri, rappresentino un reale valore strategico per l’azienda, supportando e definendo i task organizzativi necessari a rendere l'organizzazione più performante.**

**Principali attività e responsabilità**:

- Demand management (gestione delle richieste IT) relativamente alle esigenze di business di tutti gli utenti: Direzione, contabilità e amministrazione, marketing e vendite, acquisti e logística, partner esterni;
- Analisi funzionale per iniziative di reingegnerizzazione delle applicazioni e dei processi aziendali;
- Analisi esigenze, progettazione delle evoluzioni sw e hw richieste, verifica e definizione delle priorità con il responsabile IT e con la direzione;
- Project management degli sviluppi progettati;
- Supporto alla gestione dello sviluppo e dei test delle soluzioni applicative;
- Gestione dei servizi di formazione e roll out organizzativo;
- Gestione di budget di progetto;
- Gestione degli utenti e dei decisori coinvolti in un progetto.

**Requisiti indispensabili**:

- Esperienza di 3-5 anni da analista funzionale (ambito IT) in una società di consulenza o in un’azienda di medie grandi dimensioni strutturata e organizzata in progetti di Process e System Reengineering
- Competenze di Project Management
- Suite Office: Excel, Word, Outlook: Excel in particolare deve essere utilizzato per lavorare moli di dati importanti

**Requisiti di base**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria, informatica o discipline affini;
- Esperienza nei processi di gestione dei progetti in ambito IT (funzionale)
- Conoscenza di soluzioni applicative ERP
- Capacità organizzative, comunicative scritte e verbali
- Attenzione ai dettagli e Propensione al problem solving
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di proattività

**Requisiti molto graditi**
- Conoscenza e/o interesse per le tecniche e gli approcci Agile (Lean, Scrum, ecc.)
- Conoscenza del settore automotive
