**About The Role**:
Entain is one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, operating both online and in the retail sector. With offices across five continents and licences in more than 20 countries, we operate some of the most well-known and iconic brands in the industry with more than 250 years of combined history - names such as Ladbrokes, partypoker, bwin and Coral.

Con l’obiettivo di massimizzare la gestione del CRM dei clienti online, la risorsa all’interno del team CRM marketing dovrà:

- Proporre e sviluppare azioni promozionali utili a garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali (acquisition, retention e reactivation)
- Fare attività di monitoraggio e analisi dei KPI e delle performance delle campagne
- Creare segmentazioni della customer base e definire il punto di contatto con il cliente
- Analizzare i dati di mercato e dei competitors
- Lavorare in sinergia con altri dipartimenti e stakeholder, allineandosi su strategie, progetti e iniziative

**Requisiti**
- Laurea o Master in Economia, Marketing
- Precedente esperienza di 1-2 anni in dipartimenti CRM/Marketing/Consulenza
- Forti capacità interpersonali e di collaborazione, capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire relazioni con diversi clienti, stakeholder e dipartimenti
- Ottime capacità analitiche e organizzative
- Proattività e pensiero creativo
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e di tool di data management
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

**Preferibile**
- Esperienza nella definizione di campagne CRM
- Conoscenza pregressa di sistemi CRM
- Passione per lo sport e/o il mondo del gaming
- Conoscenza di tool di web analytics
