Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist Department: TA & Employer Branding Dept Location: IT, IT We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist> to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in HR or recruitment, looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Onboarding Coordination - Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including entering data into HR systems, preparing documentation, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. - Act as the main point of contact for new joiners, providing clear communication and support throughout their onboarding journey. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Line Managers, Facilities, etc.) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Prepare and deliver onboarding communications and materials. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Support the full recruitment cycle for intern and entry-level positions: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment events. - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Intern & Administrative Management - Oversee administrative processes related to interns and contingents, including contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding. - Monitor and track invoices, costs, and budgets related to recruitment activities. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Reporting & Analysis - Collect and analyze data on recruitment and onboarding effectiveness; prepare reports for management. - 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite, knowledge of SAP Success Factors considered a plus - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. - Excellent level of English - You share our aim to awaken a better world every morning and have an affinity with our company Values: authenticity, passion for excellence, responsibility, and inventiveness (and if you’re a coffee lover....that helps) - 12 month fixed term contract - Hybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working) - Company restaurant service - Access to our corporate gym - A fast paced and dynamic international context What next - Our Talent Acquisition Team will assess your application and if you have what we’re looking for, you'll be contacted for an initial interview - If you make it to the short list, you’ll be interviewed by the Hiring Manager and if necessary, other members of the hiring panel - In some cases, you may be required to show us your skills via technical challenge.
