Senior Predictive Analytics Specialist

Required Experience:

- Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields

What You’ll Do:

- Lead the development, validation, and annual review of statistical, actuarial risk, and behavioural models for Motor insurance

- Manage and assess data from both internal and external sources, ensuring it meets quality standards and is suitable for modelling

- Drive pricing analysis and optimization for renewals and new business, working closely with the Retail Pricing office

- Pioneer and apply innovative data analysis techniques—including machine learning and data science—to enhance Motor pricing processes

What You’ll Bring:

- Strong written and spoken English skills

- 3–5 years’ proven experience in predictive analytics, statistical modelling, or actuarial analysis within non‑life insurance

- Solid math and analytical abilities, supported by your degree

- Programming skills in SAS, Python (data analysis in Python is a plus), or R

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Experience with WTW Emblem, Classifier, and Radar software

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
