Predictive Analytics Specialist ****** Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights?At Zurich, we're seeking a Senior Predictive Analytics Specialist to help us advance our pricing capabilities for Motor insurance.If you have a strong analytical background and thrive on innovation, this role is your opportunity to drive impactful change in a collaborative, future-focused team.Business Unit: Italy, MilanOffice: Pricing (Predictive Analytics)Department: CUO - Chief Underwriting OfficeRequired Experience:- Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related fieldsWhat You'll Do:- Lead the development, validation, and annual review of statistical, actuarial risk, and behavioural models for Motor insurance- Manage and assess data from both internal and external sources, ensuring it meets quality standards and is suitable for modelling- Drive pricing analysis and optimization for renewals and new business, working closely with the Retail Pricing office- Pioneer and apply innovative data analysis techniques—including machine learning and data science—to enhance Motor pricing processesWhat You'll Bring:- Strong written and spoken English skills- 3–5 years' proven experience in predictive analytics, statistical modelling, or actuarial analysis within non-life insurance- Solid math and analytical abilities, supported by your degree- Programming skills in SAS, Python (data analysis in Python is a plus), or R- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Experience with WTW Emblem, Classifier, and Radar software- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach#J-*****-Ljbffr
