If you have a strong analytical background and thrive on innovation, this role is your opportunity to drive impactful change in a collaborative, future-focused team.Business Unit: Italy, MilanOffice: Pricing (Predictive Analytics)Department: CUO - Chief Underwriting OfficeRequired ExperienceDegree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related fieldsWhat You’ll DoLead the development, validation, and annual review of statistical, actuarial risk, and behavioural models for Motor insuranceManage and assess data from both internal and external sources, ensuring it meets quality standards and is suitable for modellingDrive pricing analysis and optimization for renewals and new business, working closely with the Retail Pricing officePioneer and apply innovative data analysis techniques—including machine learning and data science—to enhance Motor pricing processesWhat You’ll BringStrong written and spoken English skills3–5 years’ proven experience in predictive analytics, statistical modelling, or actuarial analysis within non-life insuranceSolid math and analytical abilities, supported by your degreeProgramming skills in SAS, Python (data analysis in Python is a plus), or RProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with WTW Emblem, Classifier, and Radar softwareExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approachChi siamoSiamo uno dei principali gruppi assicurativi al mondo e uno dei pochi che opera a livello globale.
