Job Description

Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area, we are looking for a Foundry Technical Operator for our Rome Tiburtina KM 12400 site. The selected individuals will be integrated into the GaAs & GaN Foundry context in Class 100-1000 laboratories with the aim of working on the execution of MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) production processes. The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:
* MMIC fabrication processes in a cleanroom using thin film processes (RF-assisted plasma deposition and electron gun-assisted thin film deposition, etc.);
* Monitoring, analysis, and maintenance activities of the systems used in the fabrication process;
* Characterization activities in terms of DC testing, thin film thickness characterization using ellipsometry and/or optical profilometry;
* Consulting technical plant documentation and technical process instructions in carrying out testing activities;
* Product tracing in the different production phases;
* Inspection of process phases in self-control based on product design;
* Reporting process non-conformities and support in resolving them;
* Laboratory reporting activities.

Education:
Technical institute diploma or scientific high school diploma Required experience level: Junior (1-3 years)
- Expert (3-5 years) Technical knowledge and skills
* Basic knowledge of MMIC fabrication processes;
* Knowledge of technical instrumentation (Oscilloscope, Microscope, etc.);
* Skills in testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment;
