YOUR ROLE IN KIKO

For our Milan office, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant & PA Intern. The candidate will work in direct support of KIKO SPA's current Commercial Assistant & PA, playing a key role in optimizing operational processes and coordinating between the headquarters and the sales network.

Main activities

. Sales & Commercial Support: Preparation of operational documentation (files, procedures, policies), development of support materials, and management of commercial documents. Assistance in coordinating and supporting network operations.

. HQ–Store Communication Coordination: Managing the information flow between Headquarters and retail stores, gathering feedback and data from locations, and assisting with operational requests.

. Operational Tool Maintenance: Maintaining and updating shared operational and commercial tools.

. Reporting: Creating and updating periodic reports to support business performance and decision-making.

. Store visit: Conducting field visits to assess store operations, review compliance with company procedures, and provide direct support to store teams.

. Meeting & Call Organization: Scheduling meetings, managing invitations, and coordinating logistics and its related materials.

. Operational expenses and attendance: Oversight and authorization of company expenses, along with the monitoring of employee attendance.

. Executive Support: Managing calendar and call scheduling, preparing documentation, and handling travel and hospitality logistics (booking restaurants, hotels, and transportation).

QUALIFICATIONS

. Bachelor's or Master's degree (Nice to have)

. English language proficiency (B2 level or higher)

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva

. Flexibility and a strong aptitude for teamwork
