– Reservation Supervisor
Riportando direttamente al Sales Manager, il Reservation Supervisor sarà una risorsa fondamentale per la gestione strategica, la supervisione del team e l’ottimizzazione delle performance di prenotazione individuali e di gruppo.

Mansioni Chiave
· Gestione professionale ed efficiente delle prenotazioni della clientela individuale e di gruppo
· Supervisionare il team prenotazioni, garantendo un servizio impeccabile e tempestivo.
· Ottimizzare la disponibilità e la distribuzione delle camere attraverso i canali diretti e indiretti (OTA, GDS, sito web, agenzie di viaggi, tour operator).
· Gestire le operazioni quotidiane delle strategie di revenue, analizzando il pick up giornaliero e apportando aggiustamenti tariffari
· Collaborare con la Sales Manager per implementare strategie tariffarie dinamiche volte a massimizzare l’occupazione e la redditività.
· Analizzare dati e trend delle prenotazioni per identificare opportunità di miglioramento, effettuando analisi approfondite sul competitive set ed elaborando forecast periodici
· Mantenere aggiornati tutti i sistemi di prenotazione e CRM, garantendo l’integrità dei dati e delle informazioni.
· Rispondere tempestivamente a richieste speciali e garantire che ogni prenotazione rifletta le esigenze e preferenze del cliente.

Requisiti Fondamentali
· Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in un ruolo simile in hotel di pari categoria
· Ottima conoscenza dei principali PMS e sistemi di prenotazione (Travelclick, Lighthouse)
· Conoscenza approfondita dei canali di distribuzione e delle dinamiche di revenue management.
· Eccellente padronanza della lingua inglese e di almeno un’altra lingua, preferibilmente lo spagnolo
· Attitudine al problem solving, capacità organizzative e forte orientamento al cliente.
