IL TUO RUOLO

Stiamo cercando un* Solution Designer con esperienza nella definizione di architetture complesse e capacità di interazione con team cross-funzionali. La figura sarà inserita in un contesto enterprise e guiderà l’analisi tecnica, il disegno e l’evoluzione di soluzioni software cloud-native, collaborando a stretto contatto con engineering lead, architetti e stakeholder tecnici. Costituirà un plus la conoscenza delle tecnologie AI, in particolare l’ecosistema AWS Agentic AI.

Responsabilità principali

- Organizzare e condurre incontri sui requisiti e i processi tecnici
- Partecipare alle sessioni TDA (Technical Design Authority) e validare i design architetturali
- Redigere documentazione tecnica e supportare l’implementazione dei requisiti
- Ottimizzare soluzioni già disegnate sulla base dell’evoluzione progettuale
- Supportare i test di accettazione utente e contribuire alla risoluzione delle criticità

Requisiti

- Esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni IT complesse
- Conoscenza di architetture moderne: cloud-native, microservizi, API-driven
- Capacità di analisi tecnica e problem solving avanzato
- Esperienza in contesti Agile / DevOps
- Conoscenza di strumenti di modellazione (UML, ArchiMate)
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione con stakeholder IT e business
- Conoscenza di tecnologie AI / Agentic AI (es. AWS AgentCore) – considerata preferenziale
