It will carry out practical application tests at customers' workshops proposing solutions that can meet their needs.Requirements and required experience* Mechanical training and in-depth knowledge of mechanical machining, with at least five years of experience in the sector* Experience in toolshops and/or workshops with numerically controlled machine tools* Familiarity with business dynamics and economic skills* Proven experience in B2B direct selling and commercial* Knowledge of the target market and the competition* Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations and contexts* Willingness to travel in the area of competence Excellent communication and persuasion skills* Results-oriented and ability to achieve sales targets* Ability to independently manage one's own work and to work in a team* Native Italian speaker* Knowledge of the English language* Knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package, Outlook, CRM, E-Commerce)**We offer*** Classification at white-collar level* Attractive remuneration and stimulating incentives* Company car also for private use, mobile phone, laptop, tablet* Reimbursement of expenses and related provision* Continuous training and updatingThe position provides for an initial period of training and coaching appropriate to the level of professional preparation that the candidate will have to achieve.
