La risorsa dovrà occuparsi:

- di un team di 4 pasticceri;

- della preparazione delle linee;

- dell'approvvigionamento delle materie di lavoro;

- di monitorare il rispetto della normativa alimentare haccp;

- della stesura del menù;

- dovrà saper utilizzare i principali strumenti e macchine di lavoro.

E’ richiesta originalità, passione, dinamismo e capacità al lavoro di squadra.

Si offre un contratto stagionale full-time.
