Descrizione Lavoro

- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the Accounting & Finance department.

- Prepare, analyse, and present accurate financial reports to stakeholder

- Manage and oversee all daily financial operations, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities.

- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements: monthly US GAAP reporting and Yearly Italian Statutory Reporting.

- Prepare quarterly and annual tax calculations and forecast

- Manage Vat reporting

- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (Italian GAAP), and US GAAP, and company policies and procedures.

- Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

- Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies.

- Monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.

- Lead and mentor a team to enhance overall financial performance.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Competenze ed esperienza

The ideal candidate should have:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in financial management and reporting.

- Background in Life Sciences or FMCG ore related industries with complex environments.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements(Italian and US GAAP)

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
