in forte crescita, operante nell’Information Technology, ci ha incaricati di
cercare una/un:

Product
Manager

La
risorsa che stiamo cercando sarà inserita nel Product Management Office, a
diretto riporto del Global Product Manager e gestirà prodotti IT legati in
particolare al settore automotive.

In
qualità di Product Manager:

-Sarà
responsabile della continua evoluzione dei prodotti software dell’azienda,
sulla base delle innovazioni tecnologiche e dell’analisi di dati provenienti da
clienti, competitor e mercato.

-Dialogherà
con i clienti per comprendere e analizzare le specifiche richieste ed esigenze
relative a nuove implementazioni, evolutive, malfunzionamenti o lacune dei prodotti.

-Si
interfaccerà con i team di sviluppo e di quality assurance per valutare la
fattibilità delle richieste e implementare le evoluzioni raggiungendo gli
obiettivi stabiliti in termini di qualità, budget e tempi.

-Aggiornerà costantemente gli stakeholders interni ed esterni rispetto
all’avanzamento e alle problematiche dei prodotti, tramite la produzione di
documentazione e reportistica.

-Parteciperà a meeting con clienti, fornitori e/o partner.

-Esplorerà
proattivamente il mercato e il panorama IT per comprendere e analizzare le
innovazioni e i trend di sviluppo tecnologico.

Requisiti:

Il/la
candidato/a ideale è preferibilmente in possesso di laurea in discipline
economiche o ingegneristiche, ed ha maturato una buona esperienza come Product
Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst o affini in aziende IT,
software vendor, società di consulenza.

È
gradita una esperienza nel settore automotive e una buona conoscenza dei
processi di business dei Dealer settore automotive, moto, truck. Verranno
valutate positivamente candidature con esperienza diretta all’interno di dealer
e concessionarie.

È
richiesta una buona conoscenza dell’inglese e la disponibilità a brevi
trasferte.

Si
ricerca una persona attenta, scrupolosa, orientata all’obiettivo e con ottime
capacità relazionali e gestionali.

Si offre
assunzione a tempo indeterminato con stimolante possibilità di crescita e range
retributivo indicativamente tra i 36.000 e i 41.000 euro.

La ricerca
