CRM Salesforce Intern

About the Role

Kickstart your career in CRM and Salesforce, the #1 cloud-based CRM platform worldwide, trusted by thousands of companies to manage data, automate processes, and deliver smarter customer experiences.

You’ll join our IT CRM team, work on Salesforce enhancements, and contribute to projects that improve lead management and enrollment workflows. Most importantly, you’ll learn to code and build custom solutions on Salesforce, gaining real technical and soft skills for your future career.

What You’ll Do

- Configure and customize Salesforce under guidance.
- Support data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Learn to work in a team and bring your own contribution to the table
- Develop custom solutions using code (Apex, Java-like language) to enhance the platform and optimize business processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication skills in Italian and English.
- Active listening and willingness to learn and collaborate/cooperate with the team

Nice to Have (but not mandatory)

- Knowledge of CRM concepts and/or Salesforce basics.
- Excel skills for data analysis.
- Basic programming knowledge (Java, Apex, etc.).
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
