Si richiede:
Qualifiche
– Indispensabile la conoscenza dell’inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua.
– Esperienza pregressa al Front Office e conoscenza di almeno un software gestionale alberghiero
Requisiti
– Attitudine positiva, facilità nelle relazioni, stabilità ed empatia con gli ospiti
– Comunicazione aperta e onesta con i colleghi
– Approccio pratico, dinamico e proattivo
– Passione per il mondo dell’Hospitality
Responsabilità
– Contribuisce al funzionamento delle attività della reception, con l’obbiettivo di soddisfare gli ospiti, valorizzando la struttura e proponendo i servizi offerti
– Utilizza i principali software per la gestione alberghiera
– Disponibilità come Night Auditor
