**Job Description**:
- The Night Supervisor / Night Auditor is the representative of the Management during the night shift and responsible for all operations of the hotel during the night shift.
- Responds to all guest complaints and emergencies and brings them to complete resolution during the night operation.
- Manage the organization and administrative functions of the Front Office during the night shift.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
- Perform night audit procedures ensuring correct revenue is accounted and received
- Deal with possible book outs and maximize Hotel occupancy
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a 4/5-star hotel
- Prior experience working with Opera
- Fluency in Italian and English languages
