This position reports to

EL Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist passionate for Electrification Products, ready to take part in ABB's evolved brand identity challenge: "Engineered to Outrun". The ideal candidate should integrate technical and product competences, analytic approach and should actively contribute to ABB's smart transformation both in terms of internal culture and supporting the shift from a product-oriented-only approach, to a solution-and-value-oriented proposition that better satisfies market needs and can increase mkt share.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid and You will be mainly accountable for:

• Understanding technically and study the products to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert.

• Defining and implementing local product strategies and go to market for our Electrification Products to meet business Team objectives and be in line with global priorities.

• Deploying products go to market activities (price, positioning, stock, customer experience …), and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products/solutions.

• Listening and understand existing customer and market needs by visiting customers and supporting them to implement ABB's products/solutions.

• Deploying Solution new approach in line with Business Unit perspective and work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view.

Qualifications for the role

- You are passionate for technical and innovative product marketing in Electrification, Sustainability and Net Zero focus
- Have established skills as as Product Marketing specialist, Project Manager or similar.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office Package.
- You innovative around prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration. In addition, you are interested in, even enthusiast about marketing and digital sales channels and you are able to see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals.
- Degree in business engineering or economics, technical background (a master degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
