Siamo A-Sapiens Business School, realtà attiva nel settore della formazione professionale da oltre 20 anni. Lavoriamo spesso in collaborazione con enti pubblici, istituzioni e società internazionali.
Stiamo cercando un* Sales Manager in collaborazione P.IVA che:
- sia operativo/a in prima linea su prospect e trattative
- abbia anche responsabilità di gestione e sviluppo del team commerciale (processo, numeri, coaching)
Obiettivo: costruire un team commerciale strutturato.
Cosa farai:
- Sviluppare new business su aziende target, con approccio consulenziale
- Gestire lead provenienti da canali digitali
- Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: discovery, qualificazione, proposta, negoziazione, chiusura
- Gestire pipeline e forecast in modo rigoroso (CRM, follow-up, next step chiari)
- Collaborare con team marketing e delivery per allineare messaggi, offerte e passaggio di consegne
Gestione del team:
- Coordinare e far crescere il team attraverso coaching e revisione trattative
- Definire e far rispettare il processo commerciale: criteri di qualificazione, stage di pipeline, standard su CRM
- Monitorare KPI e performance
- Aiutare il team a migliorare: call review, template, playbook, gestione obiezioni
Requisiti:
- Esperienza concreta in ruoli sales B2B
- Capacità di condurre trattative con decision maker (HR Director/L&D, CEO, COO, CFO)
- Mentalità data-driven e ottime capacità di ascolto
- Esperienza (o forte attitudine) alla gestione di persone: coaching e metodo.
- Partita IVA attiva
Plus Graditi:
- Esperienza nella vendita di progetti formativi “su misura” e/o percorsi certificati
- Conoscenza di dinamiche HR / L&D e gestione di budget aziendali dedicati alla formazione
- Esperienza con framework di vendita consultiva e processi strutturati
