Role Description (Responsibilities)

We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional who will report directly to the Managing Partner.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the team in presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients, while fostering long-term relationships.
- Executing account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Collaborating closely with the team to develop tailored commercial proposals for clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-up.
- Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
- Regularly liaising with suppliers and vendors.
- Assisting management in the oversight of day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Previous experience in the design industry.
- Fluent in English and Italian; native English preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with international clients.
- High level of adaptability and a strong desire to learn, with openness to ongoing feedback from management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is considered a strong plus.
