Role and responsibilities

Avvale is looking for a SAP Retail Team Leader to join our project team and support key transformation initiatives for our clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP Retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation within dynamic, international projects.

He/she will join one of our offices, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project streams within the SAP Retail domain, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines;
- Design and implement solutions within SAP Retail, ensuring quality and best practices;
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations;
- Support all project phases — from design and realization to testing, deployment, and post–go-live support;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation proposals within the SAP practice.

Required Skills 🛹

- At least 4 years of experience in SAP Retail implementations;
- Proven experience in SAP project;
- Solid understanding of S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI-CO, CAR, etc.);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
