APM MONACO is looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate on a permanent contract for its Roma store

Responsabilità

Client Relationship

- Build a relationship of trust with clients and support them over the long term.
- Provide warm and attentive follow-up to encourage repeat visits.

Client Advising & In-Store Experience

- Welcome, advise and accompany each client to ensure they enjoy a memorable shopping experience.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend the most suitable products.

Sales Objectifs

- Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets.
- Highlight products and identify sales opportunities.

Stock Management

- Handle restocking, organize the stockroom and take part in inventory counts.
- Ensure products are available and well-presented.

Visual Merchandising

- Participate in visual merchandising setups in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

Teamwork

- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Profilo

- You love APM MONACO
- You have strong sales and commercial skills.
- You have a strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising.
- Speaking multiple languages is a real asset.
