Come Front-Line Associate, ti occuperai del servizio al cliente e della vendita dei nostri prodotti e servizi. Lavorerai in un ambiente dinamico e multiculturale, a contatto con una clientela internazionale. Il lavoro si svolge su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.

Responsabilità del Ruolo

• Vendita di prodotti e servizi (cambio valuta, money transfer, tax free, SIM telefoniche, biglietti ferroviari, tour e prodotti turistici)
• Offrire un servizio clienti eccellente
• Proporre vendite complementari quando possibile
• Fidelizzare la clientela
• Gestione del denaro e riconciliazione giornaliera
• Rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza

Requisiti del Ruolo

• Diploma o laurea
• Essenziale ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (una terza lingua è un plus)
• Permesso di Soggiorno per lavoro
• Spiccate doti relazionali e commerciali
• Esperienza nel servizio clienti, vendita o settore turistico preferibile
• Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e attitudine al problem solving
• Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità

Cashier-Sales Associate /Front-Line Associate– Rome, Lazio

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy working in an international environment? Join Maccorp Italiana S.r.l., part of Western Union, a leading company in the foreign exchange sector, as a Cashier – Sales Associate at our stores in Rome

As a Front-Line Associate (FLA), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing sales of our products and services. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, interacting with international clients. Schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Role Responsibilities

• Sell currency exchange and related services (money transfers, tax-free services, SIM cards, railway tickets, tours, and travel services)
• Deliver excellent, customer-focused service
• Suggest additional products or services where appropriate
• Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Handle company funds and daily reconciliation
• Comply with security and loss prevention procedures

Role Requirements

• Diploma or degree
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential (knowledge of a third language is a plus)
• Work permit/ Visa is essential
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience in customer service, retail, or tourism is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively
• Team-oriented and flexible work schedules
