One of our clients — a global leader in FMCG — is currently seeking to hire an FP&A Manufacturing professional for their plant located in province of Vicenza, Italy. This strategic role will be key to driving financial and operational efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain).

- Translate financial data into operational insights to influence decision-making.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve profitability.

- Monitor operational performance and provide financial insights on production, labor utilization, and waste.

- Manage daily financial operations including cost accounting, inventory control, and fixed asset management.

- Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

- Collaborate with operations and supply chain to develop cost models aligned with production volumes and efficiency targets.

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing finance role, ideally within FMCG or food production.

- Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, hyperion).

- Advanced Excel/ Bi skills.

- Fluent in English and Spanish.
