Junior Controller – Internship

What You Will Do

As a Junior Controller Intern, you will work closely with the Finance team and support daily controlling and reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the preparation of monthly management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Assisting with variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
- Collecting, organizing, and validating financial data from different departments.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assisting in cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis.
- Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.
- Supporting data extraction and dashboard creation (e.G. Excel, Power BI).
- Collaborating with senior team members on ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.

What We Are Looking For

- Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong interest in finance, controlling, and data analysis.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of Excel;
basic exposure to PowerBI or similar tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).

Internships or academic projects in finance are a plus.
