TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
La figura ricercata sarà responsabile delle attività manageriali e tecniche per la gestione delle operazioni di smaltimento e recupero di rifiuti industriali, pericolosi e non, riportando direttamente all'Amministratore Delegato.
Il Direttore Tecnico guiderà le seguenti aree: Smaltimento Rifiuti e Trasporti , Recupero Rifiuti e Ricerca & Sviluppo, coordinerà un team di circa 25 collaboratori (da incrementare progressivamente fino a 45-50 unità entro 2-3 mesi) e si occuperà di:
Gestire la qualifica iniziale, i contratti e le verifiche periodiche dei fornitori per i servizi di smaltimento, recupero rifiuti e trasporti.
Effettuare visite agli impianti dei fornitori, fondamentale per il corretto coinvolgimento dei partner.
Gestire le omologhe dei rifiuti presso gli impianti finali (discariche, inceneritori, impianti di termovalorizzazione) e ricercare nuovi impianti da utilizzare.
Partecipare alle visite ispettive AIA e interfacciarsi con enti ed autorità.
Effettuare valutazioni tecniche su tutti i rifiuti in ingresso, collaborando con la funzione commerciale per identificare quelli di interesse, in conformità alle normative AIA, alla disponibilità delle aree di stabilimento, ai limiti quantitativi e alle prescrizioni del CPI vigente, con particolare attenzione alla normativa Seveso.
Fornire supporto tecnico-consulenziale ai Clienti.
Requisiti
· Titolo di studio: Laurea in Chimica o Ingegneria Chimica.
· Esperienza: Consolidata esperienza in ruoli similari nel settore della gestione dei rifiuti.
· Iscrizione all'Albo: Essere iscritto come Responsabile Tecnico presso l'Albo Nazionale Gestori Ambientali (almeno per le categorie 1E, 4C, 5D, 8C, 9E, 10B-E) oppure essere disponibile a sostenere l'esame per l'iscrizione.
· Lingua: Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
· Competenze: Attitudine al coordinamento del personale, problem solving, gestione delle emergenze.
· Normativa: Conoscenza approfondita della normativa ambientale (D.lgs. 152/06 e successive modifiche), normativa antincendio (DPR 151/2011), Regolamento CLP (1272/08) e aspetti relativi all'ADR. Conoscenza della normativa Seveso (D.lgs. 105/2015).
· Residenza: Preferibilmente residente nel circondario di Macerata o disponibilità al trasferimento in tempi brevi, da concordare.
