One Works is currently looking for a Tender Specialist to join our Tender team.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

1. Monitor tenders publication, in particularly TED (Tenders Electronic Daily);
2. Prepare tenders, standardize tenders templates and all the needed documentation;
3. Prepare initial tender documentation;
4. Monitor all the tender submission process: formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance;
5. Assist the preparation and/or the review of the Tender Documentation Packages comprised of: Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.;
6. Collect and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process;
7. Maintain and update the tender files from the beginning upon the Tender completion;
8. Develop both bid and tender strategy;
9. Follow all the tenders phases, from successful tenders acquisitions to completion.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Architecture and/or Engineering;
2. 2+ years of experience in European Tender Process;
3. Strong knowledge of Adobe Package;
4. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications;
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
6. Fluency in written and spoken English required;
7. Knowledge of Italian public procurement regulations.
