We are currently looking for a

Senior Marketing Project Manager

to join our Global team based in

Milan .

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating key projects with European customers.

Role Overview
As a

Senior Marketing Project Manager , you will be the strategic link between clients and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for managing complex marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional resources, and ensuring each delivery meets high standards of quality, timing, and client expectations. Your goal is to drive real impact by staying on track with deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with international B2B clients and oversee their marketing projects

Coordinate internal teams

Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, tasks, and milestones

Analyze performance and prepare periodic client reports

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing and Communications)

6+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in the B2B space

Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) is essential, as the role operates in an international environment

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset

Well-organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive, flexible, and team player

Curious and eager to learn

Working model
