Ali Professional Divisione Lifestyle ricerca un/a Restaurant Manager per un elegante Hotel 4 stelle di Lusso situato a Venezia.
Sulla Struttura:
L’esclusivo Hotel 4 Stelle di Lusso è situato in una posizione centrale, tra Piazza San Marco e il Ponte di Rialto. Dispone di 165 camere e suite eleganti, oltre a un pontile privato per l'accesso diretto tramite gondola o taxi acqueo. Offre servizi di alta qualità, come un ristorante con corte interna e una terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato.
Responsabilità:
- Gestione Operativa: Supervisionare tutte le operazioni quotidiane del ristorante per garantire efficienza e standard di qualità elevati, con particolare attenzione a:
- Brigata di sala composta da 15 persone;
- Controllo dei costi;
- Fornitori ed ordini;
- Igiene e sicurezza.
- Reporting Gerarchico direttamente al General Manager della struttura.
- Esperienza del Cliente: Assicurare un'esperienza cliente eccezionale.
Cosa Cerchiamo:
- Esperienza come Restaurant Manager in hotel 4 o 5 stelle.
- Orientamento al Cliente: Spiccata passione per il settore dell'ospitalità e forte dedizione a un alto livello di servizio.
- Flessibilità Oraria: Disponibilità a lavorare su turni flessibili, inclusi weekend, festivi e rotazioni notturne.
- Preferibile conoscenza del mercato di Venezia.
