You will be responsible for the smooth running of service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence within your team.Your main responsibilities will include:Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring seamless guest serviceLeading, training, and motivating the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitalityEnsuring adherence to quality and service standards consistent with the hotel’s positioningCollaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to enhance menu offerings and service flowManaging reservations, seating plans, and special guest requestsMonitoring guest feedback and proactively addressing any service issuesManaging stock control, operating costs, and daily reporting in line with departmental budgetsUpholding hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards across operationsSupporting the F&B management team in creating signature dining experiences that reflect Venetian heritage and contemporary eleganceAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotelWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurantStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsA hands‑on approach with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellenceExcellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standardsProven ability to manage and develop a motivated, multicultural teamFinancial awareness and ability to control costs while maximizing revenue opportunitiesFluent in Italian and English (additional languages are an advantage)Professional presentation and attention to detail aligned with luxury standardsAdditional InformationLocation: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)Type of work: Full timeFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periodsYou must possess the legal right to work in ItalyWhat We OfferA key management role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resortsThe opportunity to manage an acclaimed dining venue in an exceptional historical settingAccommodation, meals, uniform, and on-property benefitsTraining, career growth, and development opportunities within the luxury hospitality sectorA collaborative, multicultural, and inspiring team environmentApply NowReady to lead a restaurant that embodies Venetian elegance and world‑class hospitality?
