Luogo di lavoro: Milano Nord Si offre inserimento in somministrazione, CCNL chimica aziende industriali, livello D2 impiegato RAL 36.176 Orario di lavoro: giornaliero Responsabilit Di cosa ti occuperai? Collaborerai a stretto contatto con il Warehouse Coordinator per garantire un'efficiente movimentazione e conservazione dei materiali in magazzino, nella camera pesate e nella preparazione delle commesse per la produzione. In assenza del Coordinator, assumerai la responsabilit operativa delle attivit . Nello specifico ti occuperai di: Supportare l’organizzazione delle attivit di gestione dei magazzini, del flusso materiali e di allestimento delle commesse di lavorazione e dei trasporti. Controllare la corrispondenza tra ordine e bolla per il prelievo di materiali, effettuando scarichi contabili e gestendo le transazioni relative alle movimentazioni. Garantire che le attivit svolte da terzi nel magazzino (pulizie, manutenzioni) siano conformi alle procedure vigenti. Collaborare con Quality Assurance e Maintenance per la verifica dei registri di calibrazione. Assicurare il corretto funzionamento delle attrezzature di movimentazione, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali rischi o malfunzionamenti. Gestire operativamente la camera pesate, applicando scrupolosamente le norme GMP. Partecipare alla gestione dell’inventario annuale. Competenze Sei in possesso di questi requisiti? Diploma in discipline tecniche. Precedente esperienza di 2-5 anni in ruoli analoghi, con focus operativo e di supporto al magazzino. Esperienza nella gestione documentale relativa alla movimentazione logistica di merci. Possesso dell'abilitazione ex D.Lgs. n. 81/2008 alla conduzione di muletto/carrello elevatore semovente. Conoscenza di base della lingua inglese. Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office, Posta Elettronica, Internet). Conoscenza delle norme GMP e delle logiche di sicurezza ed efficienza logistica. Ottime capacit relazionali e comunicative, attenzione al dettaglio e attitudine all'analisi e alla risoluzione dei problemi.
