To better serve European clients and improve warehouse operation efficiency, we plan to recruit an expert with years of experience in European warehouse management. Candidates need to have extensive experience in e-commerce industry automated fulfillment warehouse management, including automated warehouse planning, establishment of lean warehouse operation management standards, and rich on-site management experience. Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing warehouse development strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Based on the company's medium and long-term strategic goals and business needs, plan the warehouse storage capacity reasonably.
  • Establish lean operation standards to continuously improve the level of customer warehouse services.
  • Based on the analysis of business data, optimize warehouse business content and provide support and suggestions for the company's business decision-making.
  • Responsible for team building, daily management and talent development, and continuously improve the team's skills and service awareness.
Requirements
  • Years of experience in managing large-scale e-commerce warehouses in Europe. Proficient in e-commerce industry warehousing, distribution processes and inventory control.
  • Rich experience in managing large-scale automated warehouses on-site.
  • Able to complete warehouse business planning based on data analysis and business strategy needs.
  • Rich experience in warehouse industry team management capabilities, with outstanding leadership.
  • Excellent communication and internal and external coordination capabilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Chinese and English can be used as working languages, and those who can speak Italian are preferred.
