Are you ready for a new challenge in our E-Commerce Operations team?

As
E-Commerce Operations Intern
, you will join the E-Commerce Operations team in the offices located in Milan and will support the colleagues in day-by-day activities, reporting directly to the
E-commerce & Omnichannel Operations Associate Manager.

What can you learn with us?:

  • Contribute to checking the backlog, monitoring pending orders in internal systems, and liaising with stores, Client Service, external suppliers, and Marketplace;
  • Assist in monitoring DL mailboxes dedicated to Operations, Marketplace, and Client Service EMEA;
  • Aid in preparing and submitting the necessary documentation for customs clearance with couriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations;
  • Facilitate the checking and provision of customs documentation for UPS GB and DHL Global-e;
  • Participate in managing warehouse anomalies and orders non-compliant with the return policy, handling marketplace and eCommerce exceptions through emails, shared files, and collaboration with Client Service teams;
  • Provide support in managing disputes and chargebacks by furnishing the required documentation to defend cases on payment platforms;
  • Learn and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operations efficiency, inventory health, and delivery success rates for continuous process improvement.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and strong organizational skills;
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset;
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
