Job Description
Constance Moofushi, a luxurious island resort in the Maldives, is seeking a friendly and efficient F&amp, B Attendant to join our exceptional team. As an F&amp, B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our discerning guests in our restaurants, bars, and other food service areas. �
� Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner �
� Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation �
� Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas �
� Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for various events �
� Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions �
� Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests �
� Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery �
� Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures �
� Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour �
� Strong communication abilities in English, additional languages are advantageous �
� Basic maths skills for handling financial transactions �
� Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques �
� Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude �
� Keen attention to detail �
� Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in luxury hospitality �
� High school diploma or equivalent �
� Food safety certification (desirable) �
� Knowledge of international cuisines and beverages (preferred) �
� Understanding of dietary requirements and common food allergies �
� Willingness to work in a remote island resort setting �
